QUMMIF operates on a propriety model and is neither authorised nor regulated by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”). The fund in the Restricted Area is not regulated under the UK's financial services regulations. Shares of the fund in the Restricted Area are not dealt in or on a recognised or designated investment exchange and are only for the purposes of education of associate members of the club.

The Information is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where it is illegal or unlawful to access and use such information. QUMMIF disclaims all responsibility if you access or download any Information in breach of any law or regulation of the country in which you reside. The information contained in the "Restricted Area" is only available to and directed only at persons to who such may lawfully be promoted by a member of the Board of Trustees, member of the Investment Committee or an Associate member of QUMMIF Investment Club. Membership of the club or participation in any of the club activities or training does not constitute a certain direct route into a finance/Investment related job with associated companies linked to QUMMIF unless certain parameters have been met and associated companies working with QUMMIF have vacancies they wish to fill. QUMMIF does not guarantee the “associate member a job placement neither does membership of the club constitute a basis for job placements.

In no event shall any QUMMIF entity or affiliates, and their respective trustees, associate members,representatives,agents,information providers,suppliers,and all other related, associated or connected persons be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any data,income,goodwill,property,or third parties, ether it be direct,indirect,special,punitive,exemplary,consequential or incidental, caused by arising out of or in relation to (i) the use of access of this website and the information therein or (ii) any failure of performance,error,omission,interruption,deletion,defect,transmission blackout, incorrect data transmission delay in operation, computer virus or other destructive items.
